“Somatic” simply means “of the body.” Most approaches to change start with thinking your way through something: talking, analyzing, reframing. Somatic coaching starts somewhere else, with the nervous system itself, so change happens in the body, not just in your understanding of the problem.
For people who’ve done the talking, the thinking, and the trying, and still feel disconnected from themselves. Somatic coaching works with your nervous system directly, not just your thoughts about it.
Somatic coaching isn’t a single technique. It’s an integration of approaches, each grounded in research on how the body processes and releases what the mind alone can’t.
Looking for one-on-one support, or would you rather do this alongside someone you trust? Both paths use the same somatic approach, just a different shape.
