She is trained in YogaMeditation, and Thai Yoga Bodywork. She started her journey with Thai Yoga in 2014 with her coach Maria Farfan and went on to teach Thai Yoga as Maria’s assistant for many years. During that time, Tricia completed Yoga Teacher Training, where she met Dr. Kelsey Evans-Amalu, a relationship that sparked the creation of a PBS video series aimed at educating children about wellness and self-esteem. As a creator and coach, Tricia has many interests, including Trauma-Informed Care, Balance, Flow Arts, and Anti-Human Trafficking Advocacy.

Workshops and One-on-One sessions with Tricia will include bodywork and mindfulness strategies, to help empower you to continue your journey of personal growth!

Thai Yoga

Thai Yoga bodywork focuses on balance and flow of the body and mind. Tricia’s practice includes dynamic-assisted stretching influenced by yoga, physical pressure influenced by Chinese acupuncture and Ayurveda, and relaxation techniques inspired by meditation and mindfulness research.
