Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness is one of the most powerful tools that can help us live with greater calmease, and balance. When we practice mindfulness, we cultivate skills that are essential for human living: we learn to pay attention, calm down, and nurture joy. We make time for our own self-care in the middle of our busy days.

It’s helpful to have an experienced guide who can teach us the basicshold us accountable for our practice, and offer guidance and support when we encounter difficulties. Maybe you’ve already tried practicing mindfulness, but you convinced yourself you were doing it wrong. Maybe your mind wouldn’t shut off. EVER. Maybe you found it hard to stick with the practice. Juanita offers support through mindfulness based practices like yoga, meditation, and other restorative practices to help stress and overwhelm in everyday life. Juanit offers bilingual instruction (English/Spanish) for her 1:1 clients and group classes.
