Somatic Coaching
A somatic coach guides clients in tuning into their body to get to the root of mindset problems, patterns, thoughts or any area a client feels stuck. They cue into physical sensations that arise from emotion to extract wisdom, messages or memories that exist. This type of coaching is available for kids and adults.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a meditative practice where a trained practitioner uses different musical instruments to improve the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. By playing particular instruments tuned at unique frequencies, Christy creates and holds a sacred space filled with specific frequencies and vibrations that bathe you from head to toe. This is a gentle alternative therapeutic treatment for everyone but especially those who struggle with anxiety, stress, and suppressed emotions.
Kids Mindfulness Teacher
At each developmental stage, mindfulness can be a useful tool for decreasing anxiety and promoting happiness. Mindfulness — a simple technique that emphasizes paying attention to the present moment in an accepting, nonjudgmental manner — has emerged as a popular mainstream practice in recent decades. Christy uses her background as a School Counselor and Mindfulness Director to assist students in need.
